The Mombasa Port and Northern Corridor Community Charter (MPNCCC) is finally set to have its online presence following the launch of the MPNCCC website implementation Committee headed by KenTrade.
This was the outcome of a virtual meeting of the stakeholders’ representative chaired by Mr. John Omingo of Kenya Maritime Authority, which deliberated on the plan, development, maintenance of the website project and way forward for implementation.
KenTrade, which heads the MPNCC’s ICT sub-committee, was appointed as the Chair of the Website project implementation team, which hopes to take 46 days to deliver on the eagerly awaited milestone.
KenTrade’s Director of Innovation, Technology, Infrastructure, Innovation Security, Ms Anne Waweru said the commissioning of the website development is scheduled for first week of June with Zilojo Limited represented by Mr. Joe Murithi Njeru as the company contracted to give the website design. TradeMark East Africa is supporting the project.
